How long does a land subdivision take?

From the time a land division application is lodged the process takes on average 21 weeks.

Can you give me an estimate based on a square meter price?

We do not quote per square meter. As we are a true fixed price builder we break down every element of your design, the land that the site is on, the street that it is in, where the closest electrical and sewer connection points are etc. If a builder quotes per square meter, then you need to be very careful of hidden costs.

What does a subdivision cost?

We specialise in 2 areas. Building and subdivision and more often than not they go hand in hand. We can see the maximum potential in any development site and can put plans together to suit which means less hassle, you save more time and we can show you the full development cost of your project.

If I sign today when can you start building?

It will take approximately 2 weeks to finalise your designs ready for council planning approval. Once submitted the approval process is approx. 12 – 16 Weeks. While we are in this process you will do all of your selections and we will aim to be ready to start as soon as you project is approved.

Can I bring my own designs to you to build?

Of course, we pride our selves on being extremely flexible and working with you in every aspect to ensure our customers are getting exactly what they want.
